I have been taking photographs for longer than I care to remember, even before I started studying at art college back in the dark ages, I am that old!! I resisted auto-focus and digital cameras up until 2007 when I converted my camera bag and then regretted selling my old film cameras.
I've not worked with models a huge amount and not in a very long while either. Between the mid 80's to the early 90's I used to help out at an evening class at the local college. I'd set up the studio and darkrooms and close down at the end of the night. I would also provide any assistance that might be required in the darkrooms. My reward was free access to shoot and process my own work. The photography department collaborated with the students on the beautician courses, they modelled and got print for their own portfolios. It was a good arrangement for both parties.
The images I've uploaded were at ModelFolio's suggestion, given that I don't have much work featuring models, simply to demonstrate that I can phopgraph people. Somewhere there are images from the evening classes, mentioned above, that I scanned and stored on a hard drive, but where they are is currently a mystery!!
